After the long layoff, Randals and St. Mary's met in the division 3 football league at Enniskeane on Saturday evening last.

It was  an  evenly contested first half, with  scores level at half time, but St Mary's had the upper hand for most of the second half.

St. Mary's went ahead with two points in the opening minutes but Conor O'Neill and Eoin O'Sullivan made it level around the ten minute mark.

St.Mary's went two points up again, going into the second quarter but Eoin O'Sullivan ,again, got one back. Conor o'Neill was on target with three frees to put Randals ahead 0=6 to 0-5 . St Mary's got the equaliser close to half time

Randals started the second half well with a great point from Cathal Duggan, but St. Mary's got four points in as many minutes. Seadhna Crowley got through for a point after about ten minutes but St. Mary's continued to stretch their lead during the final quarter.

Eoin O'Sullivan got a point from a free in closing five minutes. but St.Mary's had the last score just before full time and it was  St. Mary's  0-15  Randal Og  0-9 at the finish.
